Another Mother Sends Her Child To a PUBLIC SCHOOL Good News Club … see what we a talking about!

The cold wind blew and the news paper of the day shared yet another story of child’s life taken. I opened the door to meet the parent of the last child to be picked at the school Good News Club. The mother steps inside and proceeds to apologize for her late arrival “ I am so sorry I am running late.” Then she proceeded to tell me her story.

Many years ago in the country of Nigeria, she had attended a Good News Bible Club in their local neighborhood. Laraba said, “we learned Bible lessons, memorized scripture and sang songs about Jesus. She said I loved to sing a famous Good news Club Good News, Good news Christ died for me over and over.

She accept Christ as her savior at age 5 and has been serving and loving the Lord with all her heart soul and mind. She now lives here in the USA and is a now a Godly wife and mother and impacts hundreds of patients each year as a nurse.

When she received the registration form from the school regarding the opportunity to enroll her son, Gamaliel in Good News Club in his public school she was a bit overwhelmed and immediately signed him up for the Club. She said, “I was so excited and happy that something like that could be happening in a public school.”

Gamaliel has accepted Christ as His Savior and is concerned that his classmates also know Him. Again God showed us the lasting impact of this ministry – Thank you Lord– Ministry is a blast!
