Reaching Higher And Flying Further

Ask God to expand your borders. Have you given any thought to strategies that can make dynamic changes in your business or ministry? I can’t tell you how many people have come up to me and expressed deep concern about their lack of success. They are often just plain discouraged and feel trapped. The first step to soaring or crashing in the dust heap of history is taking personal responsibility. This takes a personal evaluation. It is a time of deep reflection as you identify your strengths and weaknesses. It is often a very brutal assessment that will start you onto new heights. It is not always easy to self evaluate, so sometimes it's good to get an outside evaluation from those close to you. Step two involves determining new challenges and exhibiting a positive attitude to be an “overcomer”. Step three begins by looking for ways to improve your effectiveness. Build confidence and optimism daily. Step four is all about identifying what you love to do. Your “sweet spot” where you are most relaxed and effective. Loving what you do gives strength to what you are doing. This will help you to grow and reach higher than you've ever reached before. This does mean you must learn to delegate in a way that enhances your business or ministry. Step five is keeping the main focus your "main focus." How do you deal with the critical? Are you able to stay on point or do you find yourself substituting the less important for the most important? It is easy to fall into a trap of thinking that you are working because you are busy. But most often, the things that keep us "busy" are not always the most important. Have courage and stop playing it safe if you want to reach new heights and soar with the eagles. . Fear and laziness are the culprits that imprison us and often keep us down. Stretch yourself beyond your current capabilities and expectations, and watch the difference in those who follow your leadership. Think and act on big ideas. Enjoy the ride as you fly to new heights in ministry and business. May God bless you as you make a new vertical move.
