6 Steps to leading with a difference

4. Do everything with excellence. II Corinthians 8:7 "But as you excel in everything - in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in all earnestness and in our love for you- see that you excel in grace also." Excellence begins in the heart.

5. Strategically learn more. Ask yourself an important question; what do you want to learn next? What are you curious about? What skills will enhance your leadership?

6. Practice relaxing. " Be anxious about nothing but with prayer and supplication let your request be known unto God and peace of God that passeth all understanding will guard your heart mind and soul." You need vitality to succeed and vitality comes out of moments of relaxation.
