Leaders And Class Someone once told me a great leader is like a duck. I asked why? This was his response; "because a duck looks calm and smooth on the surface, but is paddling like mad under water!" Having class is politeness, respect, and charitable action in the midst of hard work. Harvey McKay the author writes "the action of classy people speaks louder than words. You can see in their body language and the way they carry themselves. Class never needs to be announced." Class denotes a higher standard. "Classy people live life at a value and virtue level. They internalize it; never needing to put it on or off like a suit hanging in their closet. It is always a part of their being. Class leaders are internal leaders before they are external leaders." Classy leaders help people to be their best selves. They model honesty, integrity, kindness and always hope. They are usually great givers and compassionate people. Class is nothing more than a deep seated belief, directing the emotion and spiritual life of the leader, which leads to an err of confidence and a demeanor of elegance and peace. Leaders who "know that they know", can and do humbly carry themselves with great class. This is why understanding and believing the Ultimate Truth is the first step to class. Then it is living as Christ calls us to live in the ultimate of all truth. Living that way brings classy to the big screen for all to see. This becomes an example to show a harsh and hateful world. The way God asks us to live and see others is the class act handed down from the class of all classes; our Savior and Lord, Jesus. Remember, no matter what you wear or how you carry yourself... everything looks better with a smile!
